Correct and
consistent use of condoms can prevent hiv transmission and a lot of other sexually
transmitted diseases. Latex or polyurethane condoms are only effective as a
physical barrier against viruses, bacteria and other micro-organisms. Lambskin
condoms are not useful for protection.
Condoms are available in a lot verities like ultra thin, ribbed, dotted,
scented, extra thick, with nonoxynol-9 etc. It is safe to use the extra thick
with nonoxynol-9 (made by Durex ®). But this condom cannot be used for blowjob
as nonoxynol-9 has a sour taste. Nonoxynol-9 is a germicide capable of
killing hiv as proved in lab. The workaround is double-bagging ( first a
nonoxynol-9 condom, over that a normal or scented condom). So 2 condoms one over
the other. This also prevents danger of condom breakage. In India the quality
brands are Kama Sutra® and Moods®. Some more things to take care about condoms
are, check the expiry date on the packet and do not buy if its old. Also do not
store the condoms in hot places like car glove compartment or hip pocket, it may
weaken the condom. Do not feel shy to buy condoms as nobody feels shy to buy
sanitary napkins.
Before doing any single act with the lady partner the condom must be in place.
First check the correct orientation of condom with hands before touching the
condom onto penis. This is to prevent the precum (a sticky discharge some men have
due to erection) from penis should not get on the wrong side of condom and
infect the lady partner. If you are going to have sex with a prostitute then give the condom to the prostitute and ask
her to put it on you. Prostitutes handles a lot of condoms everyday and they are
experts in finding correct orientation. But some prostitutes sport long nails,
and care must be taken that the condom is not hurt by her sharp nails. If you have made a mistake here, throw away that
condom. Take a new one. Even if penis is not erected yet, first must wear the condom. The condom must fully cover the shaft of the penis.
Any air trapped inside must be squeezed away. After this, ask the lady partner
to help with a handjob or blowjob, to get full erection of the penis.
The lady partner's vagina must be fully lubricated. Either naturally or
artificially. Prostitutes never gets aroused soon so they must use an artificial
lubricant like KY® jelly which is a water based lubricant. Never use any oil
based lubricants or oil itself to lubricate vagina. Do not use white
petroleum jelly (Vaseline®) or beauty creams. This is very dangerous which
will weaken the latex condom or create pores in it. So after wearing a good
condom correctly, you are ready for intercourse.
One more important thing is do not shave off your pubic hair within one week period
before the intercourse with any prostitutes. You may want to present yourself
good without any hair, but this is a dangerous thing to do. Shaving will create
cuts on penis and pubic area and will act as open window for hiv and other
germs. You can safely do it may be one week before the day you are planning to
have sex with a prostitute and apply after shave
lotion for a faster curing of wounds. Keep in mind that intact skin is one of
the best barrier against hiv and other germs. But intact skin cannot protect you
from syphilis, herpes and HPV. But condoms again provide some protection against
these diseases.
Always convince your partner to wear condoms even if they are defensive. Some
may complain loss sensation but still they have a lot left. It is advisable not
to use any delay sprays like Climax® or Stud® because use of condom
itself will make to lose some sensation. Some people also may say loss of
intimacy, but safety must come always first. You must take a stand that, if
there is no condom no intercourse.
During intercourse if you loose erection, there is a chance of condom slippage.
If that happens, immediately withdraw the penis. Also for every new sexual act must
use a new condom. During intercourse it is advisable to check if the condom is in
place. It is also not advisable to get into dangerous funny positions during
intercourse which may result in condom slippage, breakage etc.. After the intercourse immediately must withdraw the penis before loosing
erection. After ejaculation gently slip the condom away and dispose it safely.
Do not throw condoms into toilet flushes since it can block the drainage. After
ejaculation immediately proceed to the toilet and do a good wash with soap the penis and
genital area.
If you follow all the above instructions you are possibly safe from hiv.
Statistical data proved that condoms if correctly and consistently used, prevented hiv
transmission almost about 95%. Some studies proved those couples (one partner
hiv)
correctly used condoms, none of the other partner got infected.
